Tip for Today: Video Taping Routines

| October 18, 2007 | 0 Comments

To aid our girls in getting the drill/routine down I video the instructor doing the routine and upload it onto my computer. I then burn copies of the drills for each girl so when they are practicing at home if they get dazed and confused they can pop the disk in their pc and see where they are stuck. If all the girls do not have computers at home you can check to see if they have a DVD player and burn them a copy on a dvd.  Be sure to use a digital camera that has sound so the girls can hear the instructor’s counts and the music. Our girls find this most helpful.
